A courtesy (non-exhaustive) law enforcement inquiry may also be conducted when appropriate to further support situational awareness.

During the termination process, a dedicated point of contact is assigned to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout. Clients also have the option to request plain clothes personnel for a more discreet presence. All proceedings are documented with body camera footage, along with a recorded statement and an affidavit of termination to maintain a clear and verifiable record.

The Emergency Termination Package is built for time-sensitive situations where action cannot wait. When a termination must be executed within 72 hours or less, there is no room for uncertainty, delay, or missteps. Included in this package are a focused risk assessment, expedited social media review, and an immediate telephone consultation to assess known variables and identify potential concerns. A courtesy (non-exhaustive) law enforcement inquiry may be conducted when applicable to further support situational awareness. A dedicated point of contact is assigned to ensure streamlined communication and swift execution under tight timelines.

To maintain discretion and control, options for plain clothes personnel are available. The process is documented through body camera footage, a recorded statement, and an affidavit of termination, ensuring accountability and a clear record of events.

Given the unpredictable nature of terminations, situations may escalate without prior indication. If a termination becomes hostile at any point, the hostility fee will apply.
